- Do I need an account?
- No. There are no accounts and no signups. You design the card, pay, and we take it from there.
- What does $9.95 include?
- Everything: the printed 5x7 folded card, the envelope, and usps first-class, 3–5 business days. There is nothing else to pay.
- Who receives the card?
- We mail the finished card straight to the person you address it to. You are not sent a digital file — the physical card is the product.
- What is the return address on the envelope?
- Yours, so the card arrives looking like it came from you. The one exception is when you post a card to your own address, where we use the Cardbarks return address instead.
- How long does it take?
- Cards are printed by hand and posted within a couple of business days, then travel usps first-class, 3–5 business days.
- Can I use my own photo of my dog?
- Not at the moment — every Cardbarks card uses our own artwork. Search your breed and there is a good chance we have already drawn it.
